Child-centred tutoring, wellbeing support and neurodiversity training in Leicestershire.
Helping children build confidence, resilience and a love of learning.
Our ethos

Hello and welcome to Rainbow Learning and Wellbeing - a Leicestershire based business with a very big heart.
Our ethos is simple: to put wellbeing at the heart of learning. We provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive space where every child feels accepted, valued and able to be themselves.
Children learn best when they feel secure and connected. That’s why we focus on supporting the whole child through positive relationships built on trust, safety and understanding.
We know that no two children are the same, so we celebrate each child’s individuality and tailor our support to help them flourish.
This ethos also forms the basis of our training courses.

Who we support - neurodiversity and creating inclusive spaces training

Via our neurodiversity and creating inclusive spaces training, we work with parents, nurseries, schools and youth groups who:
-
Want to learn more about neurodiversity
-
Would like to create a more inclusive setting for all children
-
Need some practical, real-life examples of how small changes can help create a nurturing, sensory-aware and inclusive environment where all children feel safe, valued and able to learn in a way that works for them.
Our learning hub
Our learning hub is at the centre of what we provide and we are very proud to call it home:
-
It has been thoughtfully designed to be a calm, welcoming and flexible space where children or adults can feel safe, comfortable and ready to learn.
-
The environment is sensitive to sensory needs, with a gentle, low-stimulus atmosphere that helps children feel settled and supported. Fidget toys are always available!
-
It can be easily adapted for different activities and group sizes, whether that’s focused tutoring, wellbeing sessions or training sessions.
Most importantly, it’s a place where children can relax, be themselves and enjoy learning. Comfort, fun and connection are a central part of the experience we offer.
